Katina holds a Bachelors of Science in Social Work from Taylor University. Since graduating, she has worked on various projects alongside criminal justice systems, mental and physical health sectors, and local and state agencies. Recently, Katina worked in Northern Colorado with people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. She is currently pursuing a MPP from the Ford School of Public Policy and hopes to address the root causes of housing insecurity at a systemic level. Katina is passionate about designing equitable processes which are informed and evaluated by the people they are intended to impact.
