All C-SED meeting spaces are available upon request. The C-SED Lab is open in limited capacity and is accepting applications.

The Center for Socially Engaged Engineering Design (C-SED) offers a variety of fully equipped workspaces designed to fuel creativity, collaboration, and opportunities. Located in the College of Engineering’s GG Brown Building, the C-SED Collaboration Spaces are available to project teams with missions related to socially engaged design. Our goal is to provide easy access to C-SED’s training resources and facilitate communication between teams and their off-campus partners.

C-SED Collaboration Space

The primary function of this room is to foster creativity and collaboration within design teams by offering flexible, open space. The room is used for workshops and classes. It is open for informal gatherings and study space when not pre-scheduled.

Prototyping Lab

The C-SED Lab

This lab functions as a space for design teams to realize their ideas by creating physical prototypes with a range of tools and materials. Woodworking tools, basic 3D-printing technology, circuitry tools, and storage space are available.
