Work with our team at C-SED
Educational Content and Facilitation Lead
The Center for Socially Engaged Engineering and Design (C-SED) is looking for a dedicated Educational Content and Facilitation Lead to enhance our sociotechnical curricular integration. You will customize and facilitate engaging educational sessions within the College of Engineering classrooms. Additionally, you will help develop and expand C-SED’s library of educational resources, including content on the socially engaged design process and case studies in Socially Engaged Engineering Design.
The Classroom Facilitator and Educational Content Designer will help deliver C-SED content across multiple undergraduate classrooms and support communicating these materials to external audiences. This work is part of the College of Engineering’s Teaching Engineering Equity Center initiative. You will collaborate with the C-SED education team to translate case study content and facilitation materials into a comprehensive Virtual Support Environment (VSE). The VSE is an evolving resource library and training interface designed for instructors and facilitators, making C-SED content accessible to instructors outside the University of Michigan for independent facilitation in their classrooms.
