Hana is a Graduate Facilitator for in-class and co-curricular workshops on socially engaged design. She is currently pursuing a MBA from the Ross School of Business and a MS from the School for Environment and Sustainability. Hana believes that multidisciplinary design is a crucial tool for accelerating the development of relevant sustainability solutions.
Hana received her BA in Psychology from Williams College. After graduating, she worked in emerging markets finance for four years, first as a securities analyst at Goldman Sachs and later as a social credit associate at an impact investing NGO in Costa Rica. Hana then moved to Argentina to work on two pilot recycling programs with McKinsey.org in a Buenos Aires informal settlement and medium-sized city. She brings experience with design both from her psychology studies and time in Argentina, where she led design processes with government teams, with the goal of increasing community rates of household waste separation.
